Sorry to have to disappoint you, but I can't accept any more shoe orders. I now have a full-time job so I will no longer have the time - as I'm sure you appreciate,
shoe-making is very labour intensive! I plan to at least continue supplying
the jewellery and metal accessories but not shoes or clothes.

GST stands for Goods and Services Tax, basically it is a Sales Tax of 10% collected by the Australian Government on all items bought here.
Persons living outside Australia do not pay GST.
Prices listed on the BIRKA TRADERS website include the GST - the tax-free price for overseas customers can be provided on request (or multiply the listed price by ten, then divide by eleven!).
